What You'll Do:
Lead our regulatory compliance efforts, with a focus on obtaining regulatory approval under MiCA.
Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with legal and regulatory experts to stay abreast of regulatory changes and developments.
Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, industry associations, and other stakeholders.
Oversee the process of setting up a brokerage arm for Cryptohopper to facilitate trading on regulated platforms.
Provide guidance and support to internal teams on compliance-related matters, including risk assessment, due diligence, and training.
You have a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and requirements, particularly in the cryptocurrency space.
You bring significant experience in regulatory compliance roles within the financial services or cryptocurrency industry.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
